STORAGE

Keep refrigerated between 4C/40F and 8C/46F. Cover any cut surfaces with aluminum foil or cling film.

CHEESE MADE WITH PASTEURISED GOAT’S MILK

MATURATION

20-30 days.

TO SERVE

Remove the fridge from the fridge and leave until it reaches a temperature of about 20C/68F, at which point its flavor and aroma will be at their most intense.
